Associations are required to have certain types of insurance for common areas and for protection of the corporation. In addition, owners are required to have proper insurance on their property. Trash Removal
Trash is picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Recycle is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a trash chute on each floor and a recycling bin in each chute room, for your convenience. Please remember to break down large boxes and take them to the trash room, which is off the dock area. Grand on Grand residents are responsible for removing, or having their vendors remove, their own large trash items such as furniture, mattresses or remodeling debris.
