The onsite management office is open to residents Monday and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, however, our corporate office in Schaumburg assists with owner inquiries and is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Customer Care can assist with questions on maintenance, payments, architectural changes, closings and much more. Customer Care can be reached by logging in and placing a request through TownSq, calling 312-944-2611, or by emailing askus@associa.us.
